Preliminary screening by the Human Resource Department based on your educational and personal backgrounds and job vacancies. Notifying suitable candidates by phone and making interview arrangements.
Apart from the job vacancy you applied for, our Human Resource Department will also match your specializations with our other job posts and determine whether there you are interested to come in for an interview. If we have no suitable job posts for you, we will store your information in our talent database and contact you whenever there’s a job opening suitable for you.
Before an interview, we will give you an English and personality test according to the job position and arrange one to two supervisors to interview you, so that you can obtain a better understanding of the work content and OEP Group.
Job Offer Notice
We will integrate our test and interview results and notify you of our job offer by phone. Our job offer letter and employment contract documents will be posted to you via registered mail.
